Wetin you fit export by yourself today

• You fit export single Doc as Markdown, PDF, DOCX or plain text (e depend on wetin dey inside the doc).
• Presentations fit export as slide images or presentation files.

Wetin we never build put yet

One-click archive to pack your whole account never dey yet (including original database files, all transcriptions, teams and AI conversations). If you need more complete copy, send us email and we go assist manually to provide data wey we get wey technically fit export within reasonable time.

How to request refund

You no need to send email to delete account, you fit do am directly for "Settings → Account → Delete account" (check Privacy Policy). If you want full copy of your data, send email from your account address to support@albireus.com with subject "Data export" and tell us wetin you need. We go verify your account first.

Wetin we no fit include

• API keys wey you bring by yourself, wey dey only inside your browser.
• Server logs wey third-party model providers dey keep by demselves.
• Content of public links wey you don revoke already (once link stop to work, nobody fit open am again).
• Third-party content wey no belong to you.

Wetin we still dey keep after you delete account

Billing records wey tax law say make we keep (order number, amount, and payment status) go remain until statutory time reach; you no fit delete this one with your account. Invoices and receipts for payment via Paddle dey kept by Paddle under their policy, you fit check dem from receipt email or "Manage subscription". Apart from this, every other thing go dey permanently deleted within 14 days after request, and backup copies go stay for maximum 30 days before dem expire (check Privacy Policy).
