Plus, Pro and Ultra are billed monthly or yearly, renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime; plan points are granted once a month.

AI points are usage credits deducted from real model cost. Calls with your own API keys do not use points. Trial and gifted points stay valid for one year from the grant date; new top-ups last 90 days from payment.

Plus, Pro and Ultra can buy point packs. Top-up points don't reset with the billing period, are credited on payment and stay valid for 90 days; refunds follow the refund policy.

Refunds follow the refund policy: one-off purchases and the first payment of a subscription can be refunded within 14 days of payment; later renewals are generally not refunded.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, tax and receipts and supports cards and other payment methods. We never receive or store your full card number.
